Free OCR to Word
Terms of use
Free software, recognition limitations and the included licenses.
Free use
Free OCR to Word is provided free of charge. Convert only documents you are authorized to use.
Check recognition results
OCR can make mistakes. Review the output against the original before relying on it, especially names, numbers and important wording. Layout export retains detected text placement, picture regions and regular table grids. Difficult pages and font matching still need review; an exact reproduction is not guaranteed.
License and warranty
Review the application’s included license and component notices. Open-source components retain their own copyright and license terms, including applicable warranty and liability provisions.
Other services
External websites, runtime downloads and optional software invitations have their own terms. Review those terms before using the relevant service.
